Renzo Misitano is the Real Estate Development Area Director of DeA Capital Real Estate SGR S.p.A. He graduated in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California (Los Angeles, United States). For over seven years (1996-2003), he was Project Manager and Project Leader at Gangi Builders Inc., Peck/Jones Construction Corp., Regent Properties Inc., The McGregor Company, and Bovis Lend Lease, all based in Los Angeles (US), acting as real estate development manager.
He returned to Italy in 2003. Over 8 years, he held all top positions at Pirelli Real Estate, in asset management and real estate development, in the residential, commercial and tertiary sectors, leading the Asset Management team in 2010.
In 2011, he joined Bizzi & Partners Development in the same role until 2013, when he joined DeA Capital Real Estate SGR S.p.A.
