As a signatory of the UN PRI, the AMC formally undertakes to respect the six principles established.<\/span><img class=\"textimg__img\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.deacapitalre.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/PRI.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"container margin_mobile_xs\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-xs-12 wow fadeIn\"><h4><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/unglobalcompact.org\/what-is-gc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UN Global Compact<\/a><\/strong><\/h4><div class=\"textimg-wrapper\"><span class=\"dx\">Since 2022, DeA Capital RE, together with the Group, has been a member of the UN Global Compact, whereby it acts responsibly and promotes its adoption and compliance with the 10 principles through its governance in the four areas identified: human rights,labour,environment and anti-corruption.<\/span><img class=\"textimg__img\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.deacapitalre.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/wesupport.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"container margin_mobile_xs\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-xs-12 wow fadeIn\"><h4><strong>Assoimmobiliare<\/strong><\/h4><div class=\"textimg-wrapper\"><span class=\"dx\">DeA Capital RE also plays an active role in promoting sustainability principles and in setting new market standards and practices within the main trade associations in the financial and real estate sector. It is an active member\u00a0of working groups promoted by <strong>Assoimmobiliare<\/strong> on sustainability, governance and regulatory compliance issues.<\/span><img class=\"textimg__img\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.deacapitalre.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/assoimmobiliare-e1712760358699.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"min\"><\/div><div class=\"min\"><\/div><div class=\"container margin_mobile_xs\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-xs-12 wow fadeIn\"><h4><strong>Business<\/strong><\/h4><div class=\"textimg-wrapper\"><span class=\"dx\">The SGR has set itself objectives of constantly increasing the assets which are intended to be classified as Art. 8 among the Funds already under management before the entry into force of the SFDR. The progressive increase, in addition to representing the achievement of the objectives set, guarantees the maintenance of value and is an indication of the greater degree of awareness and involvement obtained towards the business structures and investors. <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.deacapitalre.com\/en\/institutional-funds\/\"><strong>As of 12\/31\/2024, the SGR has classified 17 AIFs under management pursuant to Art. 8 of the SFDR.<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/span><img class=\"textimg__img\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.deacapitalre.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Immagine6-e1702649462367.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"max\"><\/div><div class=\"container margin_mobile_xs\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-xs-12 wow fadeIn \"><h4><strong>Framework e Tool ESG<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>DeA Capital RE has defined a <strong>methodological framework<\/strong> to analyse, classify and monitor AIFs (under management and in the startup phase) for the purposes of SFDR and the EU taxonomy for sustainable activities<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"min\"><\/div><div class=\"\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-md-12\"><picture class=\"img_picture esg\"><source media=\"(max-width: 767px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.deacapitalre.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/30-eng.jpg\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.deacapitalre.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/30-eng.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/picture><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"min\"><\/div><div class=\"container margin_mobile_xs\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-xs-12 wow fadeIn \"><p>Starting in 2021, the Asset Management Company (SGR) developed a tool for the collection and aggregation of data relating to the ESG monitoring KPIs of the investment funds (FIAs) under its management. The ESGM Tool is used to prepare periodic disclosures, supports the analysis and monitoring of ESG variables (drivers), and enables the calculation of the ESG Score for investment funds classified under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"max\"><\/div><div class=\"\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row justify-content-md-center\"><div class=\"\"><picture class=\"img_picture esg\"><source media=\"(max-width: 767px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.deacapitalre.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/ESG.jpg\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.deacapitalre.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/ESG.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/picture><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"min\"><\/div><div class=\"container margin_mobile_xs\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-xs-12 wow fadeIn\"><h4><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gresb.com\/nl-en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark<\/strong><\/a><\/strong><\/h4><div class=\"textimg-wrapper\"><span class=\"dx\">Since 2020, the Asset Management Company (SGR) has participated in the GRESB assessment to strengthen the evaluation of ESG performance through an independent third-party rating.
