Extended notice about cookies of www.deacapitalre.com (“Website”)

DeA Capital Real Estate SGR S.P.A., with registered office in Rome, Via Saverio Mercadante n. 18, telephone number (+39) 06.681631, fax (+39) 06.68192090, e-mail [email protected], in the role of controller of the Website and of the data processing (hereinafter, the “Company” or the “Controller”), provides the present notice about the use of technologies which allow the Controller and select third parties (as providers of the Controller) to collect and store information (through cookies), or use resources on the device of the site user (“User”) when the latter interacts with the site, in order to, among other things, save the User’s preferences and settings, provide targeted advertisements and social media functionality, analyze and improve the site according to the preferences expressed by the user.

The browsing data collected by the Company or by Third Parties through the use of cookies or other trackers are processed by the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy https://www.deacapitalre.com/privacy-policy with regards to browsing data and according to the provisions of the present notice.

What are cookies

Cookies are small text files which the sites visited by the user send and record on the user’s computer or mobile device, which are then retransmitted to back to the same sites at the user’s next visit.

It is thanks to cookies that a site remembers the actions and preferences of the user (such as, for example, log-in data, the preferred language, the font size, other viewing settings, etc.) so that they do not need to be indicated again when the user returns to the site or goes from one of its pages to another. In particular, consent is not required for so-called “technical cookies”, namely those used for the sole purpose of carrying out the transmission of communications on an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for providing a service explicitly requested by the user. They are, in other words, the cookies that are required for a site to work or necessary to perform activities requested by the user.

Technical cookies, which do not require express consent for their use, include the following:

• “analytics cookies” used directly by the website manager to collect information, in aggregate form, about the number of users and how said user visits the site, or by third parties in aggregate and anonymized form,
• browsing or session cookies (for authentication),
• functional cookies, which allow the user to browse based on a series of criteria selected (for example, the language, etc.) for the purpose of improving the service provided to said user.

These cookies are necessary for the site to function properly and for the user to be able to browse the site; furthermore they make it possible to manage the access (the log-in) to sites, to register the settings preferences where available, and to produce statistical and performance analyses, in aggregate and anonymous form.

For so-called profiling cookies, i.e. those aimed at creating profiles of the user and used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by said user in the context of browsing the web, prior consent from the user is required. The Website uses technical cookies (part of the category of “first party cookies”), anonymized third-party analytics cookies and profiling cookies.

Technical cookies

Technical cookies are those used for the sole purpose of carrying out the transmission of a communication on an electronic communications network, or of transmitting to the provider information that is strictly necessary in order to provide a service explicitly requested by the user.

Normally, they are installed at the moment of access to the website directly by the controller or manager of the website (if different).

I cookie di sessione scadono alla fine di una sessione del browser (normalmente quando il browser viene chiuso o alla scadenza della sessione). Il periodo di conservazione dei cookie persistenti è invece pari alla dura indicata nella tabella sopra riportata.

Relativamente ai propri dati personali, l’Utente, in qualunque momento, potrà esercitare i diritti previsti dagli artt. da 15 a 22 del GDPR nei modi e nei termini ivi stabiliti.

Presentazione dei reclami

In relazione a qualunque tipologia di dato trattato dal Titolare, fatto salvo il diritto dell’Utente di ricorrere in ogni altra sede giurisdizionale, qualora ritenga che il trattamento dei propri dati di navigazione sia avvenuto o avvenga in violazione del GDPR e delle disposizioni normative di tempo in tempo applicabili, l’utente ha il diritto di proporre un reclamo presso il Garante per la protezione dei dati personali secondo le modalità indicate nel sito www.garanteprivacy.it.
