Listed funds

Fondo Alpha

Alpha Real Estate Fund represents the first public contribution fund experiment in Italy. Founded in 2001 with the transfer of 26 properties located between Bologna, Milan and Rome, mainly for tertiary use, it was the first real estate fund to be listed in the MTF segment (today MIV) of Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

Since the transfer of the properties to the Fund (March 2001), Fimit SGR S.p.A, through its team of specialists with consolidated experience, oversaw all the management activities necessary to valorise the assets, operating on the double front of maintenance and redevelopment of lease contracts, with the aim of maximising returns and minimising the vacancy rate.

Alpha Fund is intended for retail customers and qualified investors.

Today, investment in the Fund is achieved through the purchase of shares on the market of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. – MIV segment. The purchase/sale order of shares can be given through a trusted bank.
