Fondo Beta

Beta Real Estate Fund was the second public contribution fund of FIMIT SGR S.p.A., established through the transfer of properties belonging to INPDAP assets.

The Fund was established on 1 January 2004 through the transfer of 41 properties for a value of over Euro 268 million. FIMIT SGR S.p.A., thanks to the experience acquired with the management of Alpha Fund, immediately began to valorise the portfolio through structural improvement interventions, renewal of lease contracts and disposal of non-strategic assets.

Beta Fund intended for retail customers and qualified investors was closed and liquidated on 28 March 2018.

The Fund was listed on the market of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. – MIV segment, from 24 October 2005 to 29 December 2017.

Fondo Delta

FIMIT SGR S.p.A., after the success achieved with the Alpha and Beta Funds, launched Delta Real Estate in 2006, the first retail real estate fund mainly dedicated to the tourism sector.

On 15 December 2006, the placement of the Fund was successfully completed with the collection of about Euro 210 million.

The capital collected in placement was entirely invested in important structures for both tourism-accommodation and entertainment.

Since Wednesday 11 March 2009, the Fund shares have been available for trade on the Italian Stock Exchange, MIV segment.

Delta Fund was closed (delisted and liquidated) in December 2017.

Fondo Atlantic 2

Atlantic 2-Berenice Fund is a closed real estate investment fund intended for qualified and retail investors, and listed on the MIV segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

The Fund has been operational since 14 July 2005 and holds mixed real estate assets, mainly for tertiary management use.
