Marilù was appointed Human Resources and Organization Director of DeA Capital Real Estate in June 2024 and she also holds the same role in DeA Capital Alternative Funds.
Marilù began her professional experience in 2007 in Deutsche Bank, in the Corporate & Investment Banking division, and then moved to the Financial Advisory Services team of Deloitte in 2008, where she supported various companies in corporate finance activities – in particular, business planning and financial modeling, company valuations, market analysis and feasibility studies – also in the context of extraordinary finance transactions.
Marilù has a degree in Business Economics and a double degree in Administration, Finance and Control, both from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University of Milan.
