Michele Cavallo Marincola has been the Head of Asset Valuation at DeA Capital Real Estate SGR S.p.A. since September 2024.
He graduated in Business Administration from LUISS University in Rome in 2003, and began his professional career at Banca Finnat as part of the Advisory & Corporate Finance team, working on business plans and financial analysis related to extraordinary finance operations.
In 2012, he joined DeA Capital Real Estate SGR S.p.A., initially as a financial controller both for the SGR and the managed funds, and later as the head of the Fund Planning and Control team. In this role, he coordinated the development of an application for financial planning and reporting, and managed numerous financing operations.
