Paolo Silva is Head of Business Development of DeA Capital Real Estate SGR S.p.A..
He joined the company in 2012 as financial analyst and then he moved to the Business Development division covering roles with increasing responsibilities until becoming Head of the division in 2018.
He graduated in Construction Engineering and Architecture at Pavia University and got a master’s degree in real estate finance at SDA Bocconi – MIP Politecnico di Milano.
To date, under his leadership, the Business Development team has managed the structuring and execution of real estate acquisitions, contributions and takeover of real estate funds for approx. € 4,7 bn AuM (30 new real estate investment vehicles).
