Beta Fund unitholders’ meeting was not quorate

Asset management company IDeA FIMIT advises that the Beta Fund unitholders’ meeting to be held today was not quorate. The unitholders present held a total of 26,887 units, equal to 10% of the existing units, which did not meet the condition stipulated by article 4.7.4 of the Fund's management regulation that “the unitholders’ meeting shall be considered quorate if unitholders representing at least 30% of the fund’s units are present”.
